• Currently accepting clients in Colchester, Essex .
• Travel may be arranged depending on the package and client schedule.

Availability & Commitment

• Commitment: 1 session per week
• Available training days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
• Each session: 60–90 minutes, with a follow-up update via portal
• After service feedback ( mutual feedback system )

Session Style

• In-person, discreet, and held in your home or agreed-upon location
• Weekly session notes, progress videos, and training tasks uploaded to your private client portal
• Communication via WhatsApp or email as needed
